Sitting on her bed, the bedroom door carefully closed because her mother would vacuum the ground floor, Jessica was listening to a cover of Stairway to Heaven, her earphones in the ears. Her laptop made a noise like hell, but it was the fault of its age. She was talking to Sara on Skype while browsing through old photos she had found by chance in his files. The weather was almost as beautiful, moist and warm as usual. The window was open, and let in the sunlight on the flood of the bedroom. The birds were singing, but the sound, fully into her ears, Jessica could probably not hear them. She smiled, happily, as she was alone in her own room : purple and white, with japanese motifs on the walls, as she loved. She laughed about her discussion with Sara, her best friend since now a big chunck of time. The two probably didn't count the years anymore. Each time, or nearly, their conversations turned to joke, something that Jessica's mother was still struggling to grasp. How ever laugh when someone writes to you ? But it was always this way, even by texting. Sara was disconnected from Skype and Jessica having no longer anything to do, turned off her computer and left it in charge, on his desk, as always a mess. She went to the window, still with her music and enjoyed of sunlight. In her pocket, her phone vibrated, signaling a call. The girl replied immediately when she saw the name of her bestfriend appear.

Hey, honey. It's me ... can we meet ? We need to talk.
Sure babe, come to my home, you know where it is !

What wanted her bestfriend ? What could have happened after she got disconnected from Skype ? Had she received a call from Josh, her boyfriend ? Did she want to be advised by THE dating specialist, Jessica ? She returned to lie on her bed and waited for the receive. A few minutes later, the girl saw the doorknob of his room move, it was Sara. She came in and sat beside her, while asking him to remove his headphones. She obeyed without hesitation, with a strange looking on Jessica' eyes, she seemed to have cried, to feel bad.
